Rental Coordinator - Returns (Denver, CO)

As we grow our presence in North America, we're looking for a motivated, detail-oriented professional to join our team as a Rental Coordinator.

Position Summary

The Rental Coordinator keeps our order desk running smoothly.  Entering and processing orders, handling equipment returns, scheduling delivery trucks, and supporting our sales and engineering teams. This is a great fit for an organized self-starter who enjoys varied, hands-on work and delivering great customer service in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

·       Process customer orders and equipment returns, entering information accurately and on time

·       Schedule and coordinate delivery and return trucks

·       Handle light purchasing duties as needed

·       Support sales and engineering staff with equipment availability and inquiries

·       Maintain organized, up-to-date job files

·       Provide prompt, professional customer service by phone and email

·       Assist with tracking rental and sales inventory

Qualifications

Required:

·       Strong organizational skills and the ability to work in a deadline-driven, team environment

·       Able to multi-task efficiently while staying detail-oriented

·       Excellent written and verbal communication skills

·       Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook

·       Self-starter who is dependable, energetic, and organized

Preferred:

·       Prior experience at an order desk, return desk, or in order entry

·       Bilingual (English/Spanish)
