Process Improvement: Review internal and client-facing operational processes to maximize efficiency; manage change effectively, both financially and technically; gather customer feedback through satisfaction surveys and site visits.

Business Planning & Targets: Partner with management to set and achieve profit and business targets for assigned accounts.

New Business & Pricing: Identify new business opportunities, prepare bids and pricing proposals for existing and prospective clients, and actively market the Company's services to the client base.

Team Leadership & Development

Supervision: Manage a team of field technicians; lead or attend daily shift meetings to prioritize work orders and minimize downtime.

Performance Development: Conduct annual performance appraisals, identify training needs, and monitor the ongoing performance of direct reports.
